Comment by Michael van Dijk, posted on December 14th, 2009 at 12:53Well thank you, Ebeneezer! Personally I don’t mind the occasional diversion into family life- at least some people HAVE a life! The background noise and drop-issues do threaten the flow and if you choose not to edit, you probably should discuss them more fully. Give us some background on what you’ve found out about deployments, challenges with VoIP, etc. Maybe Skype’s not the best option? I don’t know, you guys on the scene would have to decide. Keep an eye on it and if, say, Brettski continues to be dropping, or Duncan has more noise, then maybe there’s something there to analyze.
Do the show live in the future? What does ICASA say about indecency over the internet? Good time to check the regs. Have a blessed Christmas, all you in SA!
@Michael stop being such a dork!Do you honestly think that ZATech wanted everything to go wrong?I didn’t mind the kid being there in fact your post waisted much more of my time than a kid saying hello to his dad!
Saying that I think its better to just have you all in one place until you guys can buy the right equipment!
I Laughed when Simon just Disconnected Toby,he really deserved it!

Hi Guy’s
I download your podcasts, cause it’s an easy and informal way to catch up on tech news – not your kids and your personal lives…
Struggling to hear what you have to say and terrible background noise – I realise it’s free but maybe that’s not good enough and time to move on.
Regards
Mike
