Great show as always, this is fast becoming the best resource to catch up on what is happening in the tech world in SA.

Again, pls mention what you make of the HTC Touch Pro. Its not in SA yet but should be here pretty soon.

Hi Simon. Thanks for the great podcast. Could you try and find out if Vodacom are going to try and sort out the lack of MMS on the iPhone, seeing that they loosing out on revenue. Also why the Games category is not available on the SA iTunes Apps Store?

Brett, dude, thanks for the whole processor boot-up advice. It worked for both my Vista notebook and my XP desktop. In XP, you need to enable the /NUMPROC option and specify 2 processors - but it works just as well as in Vista.

Hi Simon,

Thanks for episode 31. Informative as usual! I must say, I am extremely irate with Vodacom w.r.t. some of their policies and how this whole iPhone3G launch has unfolded. That pre-order web page was nothing but a waste of time for me, as they seem to have ignored me after the initial pre-order sms confirmation. Perhaps because I gave my cell number as an MTN number, but if they had taken notice, I also gave a Vodacom cell number as my alternate contact number. I will be ending my contract with Vodacom today as they make no effort to retain me as a customer and seem to be consistently more expensive than MTN for cellular contract offers.

Cheers, Ryan
